Mike Metzger
Born and raised in the United States, Mike has had a love for adventure and the natural world since the day he was born. After reaching the Arabian Gulf via sailing around the world Mike decided to learn the ancient art of travel via Arabian Camels and has zig zagged the entire UAE on camel more than 3 times. When not on an adventure, Mike is deeply immersed with children from all walks of life teaching and inspiring them about the wonders and richness that wild nature has to offer.
Nabil Al Busaidi
Also known as "Arab Adventurer, Nabil is known to be the first Arab in history to walk to the Magnetic North Pole, Climb Mount Vinson in Antarctica and row across the Atlantic Ocean. He is one of the most influential Arab adventurers in the world. As a passion, Nabil loves playing various sports and devoting his time towards charitable causes around the world. Nabil will be joining The Hope Voyage by foot and camel from Oman until the Saudi Arabia Border.
Peter Bunce
Peter is an amazing man, a proud father, a wild foods forager and a passionate adventurer of mountains, forests and soon deserts. He has climbed the highest peeks in England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours time for charity and is a dedicated hill walker in the UK. Peter will be joining the team for the UAE segment of the journey until the border of Oman.
Hesham Ahmed
Hesham Ahmed has worked in the field of complex humanitarian emergencies in Yemen for over 13 years time. He has been nominated and invited to participate in the most important global humanitarian conferences in the world. Ahmed is the Director of The Hope Voyage's Fresh Water Well Initiative to support remote communities in Yemen with fresh drinking water. He has a very big heart for humanity and we are honored to have him for The Hope Voyage Campaign
